Vision: Create a lifting environment that will bring the best out of each lifter, to provide the best powerlifting and weight training equipment for the lifter, to provide solid coaching and technique assessment, and to work symbiotically as a team to get members to exceed their own lifting and competitive goals, all the while training as a supportive family unit. Elite level to novice lifters are all welcome!
